Invest 60 Minutes of free collaborative sharing and inquiry. By the end of our time together, you will understand how we:

  • Capture the history of your organization so that all can deepen their appreciation of the past
  • Assess your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a way that allows you to see the patterns and trends
  • Get your team 100% on the same page driving towards a shared future vision
  • Brainstorm at a high level what it will take to achieve that vision

HELP YOU CLARIFY YOUR CORE

  • Determine Who You Serve, What You Do, and Why You Do It… and have a scalable way of talking about it
  • Set Clear Core Values so that everyone in the organization shares and exhibits those values
  • Reinvent your mission and vision statements in a way that isn’t vague, bland or confusing
  • Build upon the work you’ve done to strengthen your value proposition and be able to talk about it in any setting

SET YOUR STRATEGIC PLAN

  • Take an inventory of your People Assets, internally and externally, who play a role in achieving your vision and plan
  • Determine your organization’s #1 goal, and the three or four primary focus areas or “buckets” that drive results to that goal
  • Decide how you want to measure progress and how often, so that you see the results you want in the time you want them

REFINE YOUR OPERATIONS STRATEGY

  • Refresh your organizational structure by clarifying what roles you need and who is best suited to fill them
  • Assess the five major operating functions, their gaps, how to close them, and who is responsible or informed of progress
  • Utilize tools and a cadence for ensuring that recurring leadership meetings are of the highest value
