About

Web_JocelynWallace_tollfreeJocelyn Wallace has a heart for helping business leaders create and communicate a clear, shared vision. Known and loved for her visual facilitation style, she has a gift for pulling ideas from you and translating them visually onto large paper, whiteboards or even your conference room windows!

Prior to 2009, Jocelyn spent 15 years working along side of executive teams, helping to direct decisions and strategies for large, corporate operating budgets. When she founded her company, Red Eleven Group, she began a quest to innovate the way strategic planning could be done, especially for small and medium sized companies and non-profits.  This led her to develop new ways of facilitating leadership teams, changing the entire experience through the use of visual strategy.

Jocelyn uses her visual facilitation approach as a Professional Implementer of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), a practical method for helping leadership teams operate their businesses. The results speak for themselves: companies that implement EOS have grown by an average of 18% per year, while eliminating common frustrations.

Jocelyn has traveled the world as a speaker and facilitator and she just co-authored her second visual business book, Book Yourself Solid Illustrated. She worked on the book with the esteemed New York Times Best Selling Author, Michael Port, and worldwide publisher Wiley & Sons. Jocelyn serves organizations all over the U.S. but enjoys living in Iowa with her husband, Andy, and two children, Adam and Lauren.
